I only operate portable so my "shack" is somewhat minimalist - see photo.
The main body of the Xiegu G90 lies on my knapsack, on the ground alongside my collapsible hiking chair. The 5000 mAh 30c Li-Po battery is in there too, together with a battery capacity checker.
I have a 7m fishing pole mast with guying kit.
And a 42ft Random Wire antenna (42ft radiator and 42ft counterpoise) that connects directly to the radio without a feeder. The Xiegu G90 has an excellent tuner so this antenna covers all the bands.
And that's it.
