Plain text database of all Q codes + ham/cw abbreviations?

Does anybody know if there is a plain text database with all possible Q codes + all possible abbreviations of all ham related terms.

I often use the w8irc bot:

but I wonder if I can download an offline version somewhere.

Thanks. It looks like I have to do the job myself or maybe scavenge Github or Gitlab. There's all sorts of stuff in there. Why can't people use simple flat text files?

For those who are familiar with Unix fortune, one could print a random abbreviation and its meaning every time they log in. I'm sure somebody will have done it already.
