As far as I am aware these units are still for sale new. Essentially it is an oscillator and speaker in one enclosure, with an internal battery supply (you have to unscrew the case to change batteries).
A useful legend on the case cover shows all of the usual Morse characters you might require while first leaning Morse Code. There is a 6.25mm (1/4") jack socket on the side of the case to enable the user to plug in any key they so wish. The unit is supplied with a suitable plug, so all you need to go are some batteries and a Morse Key.
