ICOM Software

Question... Anybody currently using the RA-92 programing software for the D-Star 92AD HT? Being a new user of the ICOM product line, the RS-92 software seems a bit "non" user friendly. Any suggestions on making the process more steamlined?

RS-92 seems to work alright for me - except that when saving the settings the radio seems to lose the alpha designations (call-signs) attached to memories.

I've been running RS-92 under Linux, not having ANY Mickey$oft products on any of my computers, and I've posted a How-to PDF article below if that helps anyone.
