CWT for the rest of us

I was tuning 40m yesterday and heard a guy calling CQ SST.  Wondering what that was I turned to my ever ready search engine.  As it turns out this is a weekly mini contest like the CWT but it's for slower speed ops, having a max speed limit of 20 wpm.  They run on Friday afternoon and Monday night.

I hear them a lot.  I listened friday.  Just drove and listened.  I have participated before.  I'm trying to speed up my head copy.  Everything helps.
