When I first got licensed in 1981 I made this key with some scrap brass I found in the workshop where I was working and made this little key. It works a charm, I still use it these days.
Yep, that's all, double sided PCB. The contracts are from an old relay soldered to the the PCB with relay contacts also soldered to the ends of the screws.
