My 8 year old grandson was looking at my straight key one day. He asked, "Why do they call it a key? It don't look like a key to me".
So I took a key from his ring of play keys, and one of his empty candy boxes and made this. Then he could see the connection! He played with it for a while, but lost interest, So, I use it occasionally at the parks. It has stood up thru the years pretty well.
My grandson is 21 now!
